The cartridge looks damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to send you a replacement, free of charge, immediately.


Why are my brand new cartridges showing a low ink level?

If your cartridges are HP 564XL or HP 920XL, this is the result of the chip located on the cartridge that reads the ink level being previously used, as these cartridges are refurbished. The chips cannot be reset, so you will not get an accurate ink level reading from the cartridge. However, these cartridges are completely full of ink and will function normally in your printer. If your cartridges are not either of these mentioned, please contact us and we will be happy to help.


The printer is saying that the cartridge is incompatible - what should I do?

There are three possibilities that may explain the issue that you are experiencing. First, the cartridge may not be seated all the way down in the holder which will keep it from connecting to the printer where it needs to. Try taking out the cartridge and putting it back in. Second, the chip located on the cartridge may have been damaged somehow, which will prevent the cartridge from connecting with your printer. Third, you may not have the correct cartridges for your printer. If you find the second or third explanation to be your situation, please contact us at your earliest convenience and we will be happy to provide you with a solution.
